We’ve tried to make pricing as straightforward and easy to understand as possible. We use a per square inch pricing structure and include generous discounts for multiple copies printed at the same time.

Setup Fees:

A one-time setup fee is charged for each piece of art. This includes scanning, color correction, and careful inspection and cleanup of the image. It also covers whatever proofs are required to get the best image possible. As long as we are progressing, there is no limit on the number of proofs we will do. The accepted proof is signed and left in our possession as a color reference. We also archive all images unless requested not to.

Digital File
We can accept most file formats, however we prefer .tiff, .psd, or .eps at 240ppi or more. If you have any questions about this, please give us a call. We’ll be more than happy to help you out. Color will be matched as closely as possible to the proof you supply.

Original Art:
The best way to submit your work! We'll do a direct scan of your art and correct for color against the original piece. If you are shipping your art, package it for the worst possible treatment while it's in transit. Also, be sure to insure. Return shipping will be added to the overall costs.

Slide and Transparencies:
Be sure to have your artwork photographed by a professional—the quality of the print is always dependent on the quality of the transparency. This may cost more initially, but it’ll be worth it. We’ll correct color to match the transparency as closely as possible.

Prints:

Prices for prints are charged by the square inch—based on the size of the image and the border required. For example: an 12" x 16 " image with a one inch border all the way around would produce a 14" x 18" print.

Pricing starts at .11 cents per square inch for 1 print. Quantity pricing starts at 2 prints of the same image. Significantly larger orders will be done on a case to case basis.

Media:
We use the finest watercolor papers and canvas available. All media is tested for color gamut and archivability. In addition to this our equipment is fully calibrated and profiled to our media choices so you can be assured of receiving prints that are true to the original in both color and tonal value. Surfaces range from very smooth—ideal for photographic images, to slightly textured—more appropriate for oils, pastels, and watercolors.
